Tried calling to check to see about a tire, took 3 days for someone to answer... Customer sevice is short and snippy when they actually answer, but act like you have bothered them greatly by making them answer the phone.”

He didn't have it in stock, but took less than 2 weeks total for the order and installation. The installer, Mark, did a professional job. He said he's been installing carpet for 26 years! Definitely looks better than when I bought my home.”
