“Just happened to be in the neighborhood and saw the sign "Back in Time" restaurant. Hours are 6am to 2pm closed Sundays. Walked in and really felt the ambiance. Checkered floor, red chairs, boothes, cabinets, and Betty Boop statue along with pictures and other items that take you "back in time." The waitress was quick to acknowledge our arrival. The food was served reasonably quick as we drank hot coffee as we waited. The food was delicious, portions large and seasoned well. We ordered pancakes and biscuits with white gravy, sprinkled with tasty ham and sausage and cheese, and served with hash browns. The omlette was made to order with ham and cheese and hash browns. Spent around $40 for three adults, including drinks and tip. My 95 year old Mom loved the experience and food.”

“Date of visit 10/18/22 A little deli serving hamburgers, sandwiches, gyros and salads. My wife went with a cheese burger and fries and I had a gyro value meal, (gyro, hummus, and tabouli). The cheese burger received her approval along with complements for the good portion of crispy fries. The gyro I had, was certainly one of the better gyros I have had in Tulsa. Loaded with gyro meat, fresh tomato, lettuce, onion and a slightly garlicy flavored yogurt. A couple of things stood out on my meal besides the great gyro meat. First the pita. Nicely warmed, soft with a light toasting. Then the tabouli. This was the freshest tabouli I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere. It had to be just made. The parsley was still crisp and crunchy. Excellent! The hummus was average. As you can see from the many pictures, the restaurant is small, clean and nicely decorated. Friendly service! “We arrived at the restaurant a bit early and it was already very busy. I take this as a good sign for any restaurant. Although busy we were immediately seated. It did take a while to receive our silverware setups, but the staff was very friendly and attentive. We did have a mistake with my husband's order, but the waiter worked extra hard to appease my husband and provide him an alternative. The waiter smiled the whole time while being very apologetic. I had the Beef Enchiladas Bang Bang tonight with a Patron margarita chips and salsa. I was not disappointed. I'm still stuffed and it's been a couple of hours. To start we were given chips and salsa. The Salsa was flavorful some of the best I have had in Oklahoma. The Margarita on the rocks is massive, great with a smokey finish, the meal came with 3 beef enchiladas, rice and beans. The beef was a bit chewy, but overall good and filling. Perhaps it should have been cut in the bias to make it a little easier to eat, but the flavor was good. Overall I give this place two thumbs up and expect we will be eating here again. Perhaps next time we can try a dessert.”

“Okay so, I’ve been back because I did notice the sign back up. The staff is super friendly. We go here several times a week now. I have brought up more than once that their handicap sign is missing, apparently I need to contact someone other than the store. Everyone without placards park there now. It is NOT clearly marked. It has no sign and the painting on the ground is very faded. Once I brought it up and a customer started arguing with me and getting a little belligerent. Just tried again and nothing has changed. Will just go elsewhere from now on.”

“So this has became my 3 times a week routine that I actually look forward to! I work in muskogee 3x a week and I come here between clients-originally to grab a quick bite and do paperwork but now it's for all of that (I'm addicted to their salads and their ice lol) plus the service from the girls that work there! They are awesome, and I have my own table now designated for me when I come in. This place seems to stay pretty busy but their food is always delicious and service is excellent! “I was just passing through town heading southbound on the 64 and I seen this place at the last minute. I hit the Jake break and made a hard left Turn when I caught a glimpse of the catfish sign. Once I parked my truck, I stumbled on out and wobbled my way into the place Fat roll and all. I got the catfish and it was beyond delicious fresh crispy and I also got some crawfish and fried okra which was made to order so they were nice and crunchy. highly recommend. give this place a shot I think you’re gonna love it.”

“I can’t say enough about the manager Sue and her staff. My family and I had a planned a brunch at another restaurant; however, upon arrival they weren’t able to accommodate due to staff shortages. They didn’t have the common courtesy to call and let us know. Keep in mind it had been planned for several months. I called this location and explained situation Sue said”sure we will make it work for you”. They allowed us to bring in decorations and everything and even took pictures for us. The food was excellent and our cups never ran dry. Thank you so much Sue and your team for your exemplary customer service and kindness!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
