“The salesman was very professional. He sold us on his company. After we paid half so the windows could be ordered was when it all broke down. Communication was nonexistent, no updates, so we didn't know when our windows would arrive. When they were ready to install we were given very little notice. My husband had to take a day off work, but that was fine until the installers were a no call/no show on installation day. We had to reschedule for a week out. Fine. After the installers left we found damage to our walls from popped drywall nails and scrape marks in the drywall from their ladders. I communicated this damage to the company. No response. I wrote them a letter. No response. Be aware this company will happily take your money but will likely not follow through on their side of the agreement. Litigation is our next step. Update: I was contacted by the company and steps were taken to correct the previous damage done. A worker came to my house to repair the damage. He repaired part of it. A partial refund was also given as well as a gift basket. In the end I am left with damage but was refunded enough to pay a third party to repair it. My advice if choosing to work with this company: make sure to carefully inspect the completed job and withhold payment if they leave behind damage. You will have more leverage in getting it repaired in a timely fashion.”

“I can't say enough good things about these guys! So, we had our roof replaced back in Sept of 2020. The day they started the fires took off and by the end of the day we had to evacuate. These guys came back the next morning and made sure to get paper down so at least it was covered. The smoke and ash made it seem like night time (fire was 2 miles away at this point). The next day they called and asked to come back out the next morning and start installing the new roof. It was up to them and they showed up early and worked hard to get it done. Amazing! We had one small leak over the winter and I called at closing time leaving a message not expecting to hear anything until the next day. To my surprise he called me back that evening and said someone would be out early the next morning. They showed up early and got it fixed fast. Best experience and I am quick to recommend them to anyone who needs a roof!”

“Great store, friendly staff, not so thrilled with the regulars who stand along the wall waiting for the next table. I dont like them swooping in as the bins are brought out and they push their way up to each bin as it rolls in. Then as soon as the final table is placed they are back at the bin you've been waiting for reaching over u grabbing items from your hands. Not my favorite part of my shopping experience”

“This business is amazing! They were quick to respond when we discovered a leak in the garage wall that led to the roof. Kevin made the repairs upon inspection and consult at no cost and then diagnosed the problem with our gutters and downspout. He was communicative, professional and checked in every step of the way. They came out to do the work IN THE FREEZING RAIN and literally had icicles on their ladders. Wow. I highly recommend them and our gutters look great! Thanks so much.”
