“The salesman was very professional. He sold us on his company. After we paid half so the windows could be ordered was when it all broke down. Communication was nonexistent, no updates, so we didn't know when our windows would arrive. When they were ready to install we were given very little notice. My husband had to take a day off work, but that was fine until the installers were a no call/no show on installation day. We had to reschedule for a week out. Fine. After the installers left we found damage to our walls from popped drywall nails and scrape marks in the drywall from their ladders. I communicated this damage to the company. No response. I wrote them a letter. No response. Be aware this company will happily take your money but will likely not follow through on their side of the agreement. Litigation is our next step. Update: I was contacted by the company and steps were taken to correct the previous damage done. A worker came to my house to repair the damage. He repaired part of it. A partial refund was also given as well as a gift basket. In the end I am left with damage but was refunded enough to pay a third party to repair it. My advice if choosing to work with this company: make sure to carefully inspect the completed job and withhold payment if they leave behind damage. You will have more leverage in getting it repaired in a timely fashion.”

“I stayed in the Rehab/Nursing care home after I broke my leg and it was a very good experience. I will say that the Physical Therapy was best! The caregivers were respectful and responsive. I also, live in one of the independent living apartment houses and I love living here. I feel safe and it’s kept up pretty well.”

“Excellent park that's great for families. Has a splash pad, playground, a few picnic tables (some covered), a good sized field, and community garden. There's bags for dog poop and trash cans, so it stays pretty clean. The city has a porta-potty there in the late spring - early fall. There's also a Pokemon Go stop and Ingress Portal there for those that play. Every once in awhile someone comes through on motorized scooters or dirt bikes, but it's rare enough the police never catch them.”

“What a great place to stay! I stayed in an upstairs room above the coffee shop. I was there during the week so the inn was very quiet. The owner and staff are genuine, outgoing and super friendly. I had breakfast in the cafe and everyone that walked in the door was greeted like family. Coffee and food was great, you must try their avocado toast. I've been craving it ever since getting back home. Room was clean and charming, love the decor and the style of the house. Bed was comfortable and temperature was perfect. My room was facing the street which was noisy at times, the logging trucks start rolling around 4:00am and road noise doesn't quiet until around 10:00pm. It wasn't a problem for me but those sensitive to noise should plan accordingly. I wouldn't hesitate to book the same room again. Highly recommend!”

“I have had the necessity to stay in a Skilled Nursing Facility. In the last 2 years, I have stayed in 4 different places. My experience at Avemere Clackamas has been wonderful. The Staff (Admin, RN, CNA, CMA, Activity Dir, Dietitian, Kitchen Manager, Therapist ) all have been very nice and attentive to my needs. One of the Med Techs (CMA) Crystal, does everything in her power to show kindness, respect, and empathy. The kitchen Manager (Betty) has come to me periodically to make sure that my food needs are being met completely (and I have quite the list of needs). The other difference between this location and the other facilities is the quality of the food. Other places were bland and cold. This location has the best food overall. Chris is one of the Chefs… and he really knows what he’s doing. I haven’t loved everything, but that’s just a preference thing, and I have enjoyed prox 95%. The chefs here know how to season your food. The Activity Dir (Chelsea) has fun things planned daily, and she doesn’t just leave it up to you to check out what to do, Chelsea goes around and reminds all residents and helps them get to the adventures location. I could go on singing their praises, but suffices to say … I highly recommend Avamere Clackamas. Thank you for reading this whole review. “I could not get my lift gate to fold in on a truck that I had recently purchase for private use. I was so frustrated after calling others the former owner and other service people who work on lift gates on what I may not be doing to get this gate to fold in. I called Precision and spoke to Orion White in the service department and then took photo's and sent to him. I then called him back he knew exactly what I needed to do and I went back outside and did exactly what he told me and BAM there it went it folded. “The employees are nice. I think they are understaffed and need to come up with a different way that money is handle during transactions. The attendees have to take your money in first before they start your gas. Often times I've had to wait for a good amount of time before the nozzle is removed from my tank after it is filled. The gas prices are pretty good, they are the best I've been able to find.”

“This place is incredible! They have the traditional drinks as well as a huge selection of other drinks which are absolutely incredible. I got a latte which featured fresh orange. I was a little worried how this would taste as I couldn’t quite imagine it, but holy cow - it works! Staff is wonderful. I wish I had gotten a better photo, but I will snap one next time, as I will definitely be returning here often.”
