I have dealt with many other so called "Performance" shops only to be turned away when experiencing problems after the fact. When presented with a problem they are very forth coming with the cause and solution to repair the issue and give other options to get better longevity and performance from my 2006 Dodge 2500. They have been quick to point out other potential issues that could have caused me a lot of grief and expense while working on my truck. They have always been very courteous and friendly on the phone and in person to deal with. Never have they used any pressure tactics in trying to sell me an upgrade not needed resulting in a more expensive sale.
