“Alex, John & everyone that works at the service department are awesome. I’ve probably been here a good 20 times in the last 2 years. I have a fleet vehicle so I get oil changes like every month or so (I drive a lot). Sometimes the truck acts up or needs a headlight replaced before a work trip on a Monday when they’re extremely busy and they always get me right. If I ever buy a personal vehicle I’d definitely consider this dealership and all the positive visits I’ve had with them.”

We worked with Tracie Flores the executive director to get my mother in and I was very pleased at the Help Tracie provided. Tracie worked with my mother and myself frequently to address any issues that my mother had, she can be a challenge at times and Tracie went above and beyond to make my mother very comfortable. My mother has moved into the assisted living area and the staff have been very attentive to her needs. I would also like to thank Natasha at the from desk for all the help see has provided to me and my mother. Tracie and Natasha have made all the difference in the world to my mother. With help like this I could not ask for a better place for my mother to live at. Also the facility is kept in very good shape and they have very good meals for the residents. Some were over priced, some didn't do a very good job of addressing the problem or tried to rent us a forklift for weeks while they waited for parts. We have been working with Independent for 3 or 4 years and are enjoying the relationship. They show up when needed and get the job done. The owner is good to work with and Rick is a good mechanic and likely their best asset!”

“Both times me and the boys have been here. The customer service has been excellent. The first time we just wanted sweet bread. The waitress kindly insisted on us ordering from the menu. But we declined every time. The second time we visited; we ordered from the menu and the food was fresh and very well cooked. You pay at the end of your visit. The champurrados here are really good! Highly recommend trying them here if you like it thick. They do offer restrooms for both men and women in the back. All stalls have paper towels and cleans floors. God Bless”

“Just set up my second West Coast Spa. I replaced a very old Deschutes model (built under prior ownership) with a newer built Deschutes. The newer build (under new ownership since 2013?) is a substantially better built spa than my prior/much older model. Yes, more expensive with high end features (pump sizes, jets, filters, controls, finish, etc.) and by all indications during my setup, a structurally much better built spa with higher quality parts than prior version. One heck of a spa for the money compared to the, yes cheaper but much lower quality features sold at Costco, or the way super expensive over priced spas by Caldera or Olympic hot tubs and some others.”
