“On the way to my gate in Terminal C, I’ve stopped by Portland Coffee Roasters to grab various drinks prior to my business flights. Their house coffee as well as their lattes all have excellent flavor and balance. And everyone has always been amazingly friendly and helpful. After ordering there I checked out their website and it is nice to see that their three airport locations are the only locally owned and operated coffee shops at PDX. And they have a mind to global sustainability as well as being green, their local deliveries by bicycle being one example. If you pass a location in PDX, give them a try.”

“The Blue Star Donuts at the PDX is just as good as the other locations in Portland based on my experience. I visited 15 minutes before closing and there were three options left. I chose the raspberry rose pistachio donut. It was filled with sweet and tart raspberry that paired well with the rose and pistachio. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat for any of their offerings.”

The counter staff greeted us warmly when we arrived, waited patiently for us to decide, answered our questions with grace, and gave us a number to take to our table. The food came a few minutes later and was hot and refreshing.”
