“What's not to love? You're surrounded by beautiful scenery everyday, listening to the sounds of wildlife, and the freshest most delicious produce is minutes away. The whole island is a miniature Paradise and this RV Park allows you a private beach right on it. It's well run, friendly, and no matter where you park you'll get a view. We were parked in the back and had views of the most magnificent trees that I sketched almost every day. I also loved watching the big boats on the river. Idyllic. ❤️”

Everything close, Walmart, Fred myers, gas stations, etc. Nancy the community manager is the sweetest person ever. She would help you with everything you need. If you planing to come to Oregon this is a well care community to park your RV and enjoy portland and outdoors. 100% recommended.”

“I love this small rural RV park! It's a small community that feels like family. There is quick access to so many beautiful places in the gorge, including trails and waterfalls. The nearest waterfall is about 12 minutes from here and in the summer there is a trolley across the street that goes down the old highway into the gorge if you don't feel like driving. There also is a cute little market right across the street that has hot drinks, hot food, and all sorts of goodies. The park owner is very caring and checks to make sure that everything is going well. Sometimes Corbett has bad winter storms and he checks to make sure that people have running water and electricity during these times. He has made multiple improvements at the park and works to keep everything clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful and peaceful place to be.”

“Booking was easy. Office has been very helpful though out visit. Beautiful location on Sandy river. Beautiful parks near by and lots of waterfalls 15 minutes East on 84. Active railroad tracks very close by was my only complaint. But technically I slept through it, the wife had problems with it. Recommend sites on river as the views are amazing to wake up to. Sites are large on all sites here.”

“Pretty much a terrible experience here. Got a confirmation email and when we arrived at the park, there were after hour check in maps. We did not have one nor did the woman who was checking in at the same time. She just found an empty site and used that. We also found a site that was empty and not on the late check in list. Alas, someone came along two hours later and had a confirmation for that site. They had a check in email. I never received that.. Tried to call every number listed anywhere. No answers. Tried the emergency call button at the office.. That went no where. Please find better help or have another staff member on call. This is a nice park with tons of spaces and people. I spoke to two other people with bad experiences that same day.”

“UPDATE! 8/27/2020 - Back to a strong 5 stars! Things just cost more everywhere! What you can’t get everywhere is top notch management. This place has it! Very effective communication, friendly and trustworthy reps. Been living full time here since the Covid-19 started. Which, BTW, was well handled by the staff. Always feel safe. Planes are pretty much gone for now. Great neighbors. Live is good. One of my all-time favorite PNW RV parks. Great location, excellent staff. Very clean well maintained restrooms and laundry facility. Rates are comparable to better than other area parks. Centrally located near PDX airport but not in landing path, quite evenings. Highly recommended! UPDATE 8/2017: Pricing, at all levels, went up. Priced me out of the park. On top of “no Kid park/playground” makes me reevaluate my review and stars. From a 5 to a 3 for reasons as noted.”
