I appreciate it when the sales staff are there to help when you ask and otherwise leave you to think. We got wood plank tile, and decided to lay the tile ourselves to save money. Pat readily told us what we needed to do to prep the floor. And to boot, loaned us his personal tile-cutting tool and wet saw! We were able to take our time and do a good job even though we'd never done it before. Now to finish everything else!”
