“My partner and I moved in December of 2019. We were in the midst of looking at a lot of different apartments, and Colleen was very good with helping us out, even giving a tour of an apartment on a Sunday. When we moved in, there was an issue with the heating, a part of the electricity, and there was no hot water. Colleen and her staff were quick to respond and got all of it fixed within the week with the necessary specialists. No problems with the apartment after that. The apartment we were in had a nice view of a creek in the back, and there were a few trails nearby where we could take our dog, Luna, out to play. The pond in the center draws a bit of wildlife out to it. Throughout the year you'll get ducks, geese, and cranes. A field off to the side of the apartment complex had a lot of rabbits and field mice. The community is full of very nice people, and was pretty quiet for the most part. It can be hard to have complete peace and quiet in the apartment lifestyle. We made a few friends in the area, and it was good to have other dogs for Luna to play with. Overall it was a great time at the Habitat Apartments. I still think our dog got the best experience out of it. Colleen likes to take time out of her busy schedule to give out pets and treats to all the pets in the area. Consider the Habitat apartments if you want a caring, responsive staff, and fun location with nice neighbors.”

I called, as a first time patient, and made an appointment for an exam/cleaning within a week. They did a full check up for me, and found out I had one tiny cavity. I was able to make an appointment the next day to have that taken care of. (and I asked how long it would take, was told ~45 min, and for the first time ever I was out of there in less time than I expected! (35min!)) “Even with Covid, the library and Second Edition store are operating but not open. ..the library every day and Second Edition on Thursdays and Fridays, weather permitting. Order your books online at home one day and pick them up the next day after 10:00. You will be notified. You can still order books from other libraries and the checkout is still 3 weeks. I live only a mile away so I pick up my books and poke through the Second Edition goodies as part of my daily walk. I also return my books, one at a time on my walk, after reading them. Treat yourself at Grand Central Bakery or Market of Choice on the way home. A great way to get yourself out of the house on a regular basis!”

“My son has been going here for years. He has just gotten his Black Belt. Grand Master Ha and his team are fantastic. Going here is joining a family. As cheesy as that usually sounds, it’s true here. Students are taught to work together. They learn leadership as they move up. Don’t get me wrong, Grand Master Ha is at most classes. He is teaching in most classes I have seen. He was teaching my son, personally, when he was a 4-5 year old, and still does 10 years later. This place has top level instruction and attention from the Grand Master. I can’t recommend Yong-In enough. Thank you Grand Master Ha and your whole team!”
