“I have suffered with migraines for 15 years. I had 2 neurologist and a pain management doctor a chiropractor and a acupuncturist. I tried several very expensive procedures, so many medications, nerve blocks, Botox, you name it and I tried it. My migraines became so frequent that I spent most of my time in bed. I am never told at the window that they are missing something (once, the milkshake machine was broken, and they resolved the issue with the customer). “I recently moved into Tualatin which is close to the Sherwood Home depot. I am a single woman who at times like these could really use a man in my life. Well without one, I went into the store today and was greeted by a man in the garden center that walked me all the way into the store to show me where the things I was looking for were. He spent a good 15 minutes with me explaining how to do things and teaching me. Satisfactory service. I thought all of my questions were answered when I saw a woman working there and asked her a few questions... Her name was Heidi. What a huge asset Heidi is to the store there. She gave me some wonderful ideas and showed me all around the store for different possibilities on things I can create myself. Heidi was very informative and I felt excited when I left there and not overwhelmed. “On Thursday, September 28, I stopped at my local Home Depot in Sherwood, Oregon, to learn about flooring. A young man named Ian, spoke with me for over an hour about the differences between hardwood, vinyl, and laminate; which needed under-layment; the installation type - engineered click, sheet, plank; floating floors; etc. then he took me to get samples, showed me the backs of the products and even got down on the floor to show me how the planks needed to be installed. He was very impressive with his knowledge, spoke in a way I could understand- making sure I did. He was very pleasant, very helpful, and never impatient with me or my questions. There was even a time where 3 other Home Depot employees briefly stopped what they were doing to watch him demonstrate something to me. I would certainly recommend Ian and Home Depot to anyone looking for flooring. Thank you and I will be returning to him when I'm ready to replace my carpets in the near future. Pam Duvall”
