“I have lived in this park for over 25 years. The current manager is very nice and very accessible. The park is clean and very quiet. The homes here are worth more now than they have ever been since I bought my home. The space rent is comparable to other parks in town...Still much cheaper than renting anywhere in Newberg!”

There was a small issue, but Jason was on it and took care of it to make sure I was safe. I felt like I was in good hands. Other places I've been to, take my money and laugh running if there is an issue, and never again hear back. I never felt this way here not once, nor did I feel pressured to buy anything. He treated my parents, and I like family Jason is a good, honest man. Him and his tech guy go above and beyond to make sure the cars are good before they go out. I have more kids to go through, and I won't be looking anywhere else. I found a place I could trust. Thank you.”

“I went in for an appointment -- everyone was exceedingly warm and welcoming. Dr. Jahnke is kind and amusing. He answered my questions with patience, explains things well, made me feel at ease. His assistant (Sherry?) was also super nice. The lady who fits for glasses admitted that she doesn't see young people a lot (I am 35...) so she said she might not have anything for "my crowd" but the selection was totally fine and I was grateful for the compliment haha. The office and people were great, not sure why there are 1 star reviews, but yeah, I thought it was delightful.”

Service can be slow but overall friendly, cozy atmosphere with nice romantic vibes in the restaurant lobby. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Live music on the weekend. Pretty good food with a slightly expensive price tag. Overall is a lovely place to have a nice Friday or Saturday evening.”

“OMG! From start to finish it was an amazing experience. I took my youngest for her 11th birthday. She was in love as well. It was our 1st time. Robert our driver was exceptional. He made the trio unforgettable. The crew were as amazing as well. The balloons are absolutely beautiful. We were able to even land on a small river. If you haven't gone up yet don't hesitate to go to this place they are absolutely the BEST. I'm so happy that I went with Vista over anyone else.”

“Needs some maintenance to ensure it's clean; should be cleaning up after yourself but it didn't seem that way the couple times I've been. Great training area for shy dogs like mine. Also has a nice gating system to keep dogs in while others enter and exit. Friendly people if you have a shy dog and need to do some private training, and a nice run for larger dogs.”
