“Great service and lovely food. The food here is not like your typical, down and dirty Mexican food. Everything tasted homemade, had a somewhat different flavor profile, and offered some more unique menu items. For example, the mild salsa is a light avocado/cilantro-based sauce, and the hot salsa is a tomato/mole-tasting sauce rather than your basic onion/tomato salsa. I also appreciated that my fajitas were not at all greasy, which I've never encountered at a Mexican restaurant. It seems like they do not overly saturate things in oil here, so everything tastes more fresh and not overly heavy. Overall, everything was tasty and just the right portion size (we ate everything without needing a box but also were perfectly full.) What impressed me perhaps the most was how lovely the service was. Our waiter was very polite and helpful. And when one of our party accidentally left her purse at the booth, they ran out to our car to bring it back to us before we left. Clearly, the staff is very conscientious and has great integrity.”

“Been here dozens of times. I am more than a picky eater. If I don't like something at all, I will spit it out and won't eat it. This delicious food always leaves me licking the bowl clean. The broth is deep, flavorful and a little sweet. Noodles are cooked perfectly. The Vietnamese iced coffee is good and strong, if you love coffee and I mean real coffee I suggest a try. Anyone saying it's gross clearly doesn't have good taste in food.”

“I have had my son in other preschools as well as toured some around Beaverton and this is the best one hands down. I feel so safe and comfortable dropping him off. When he cries the teachers comfort him. They show the kids love, not just structure and as a single mom I value that. Ms. Lettie was so amazing to me and my little man, I am so grateful to have had her as my sons full time teacher. On top of the care, the curriculum is top notch, my child actually learns something every day. They always send out the weekly plan so the parents know what their children are doing in school. I also love how they are very professional when it comes to any incidents, they will inform you of everything, even if it’s a scratch. The one thing you need to do is allow yourself a little bit a time as this special lunch experience is very popular, plus they take the time to create excellent dishes. As you work your way through the line to the counter for your order you will be overwhelmed with the amount of sights and smells from the surrounding shelves. I would strongly recommend the tuna melt which sounds pretty pedestrian but it has great flavor and a very hearty lunch that quite honestly you can split.”

A few friends and I got pizza from across the street a few minutes after they closed, but there wasn't enough seating for us available at the place, so we decided to sit at the tables across the street. Not only did the staff let us eat at their tables after they closed, but they brought us out a trashcan and invited us to use their restroom if we needed it. Even asked us if we wanted anything else while we were there and brought us the napkins we asked for. All this after they had closed for the night. On top of all this, they make the best burgers I've had. Would give a sixth star if I could”
