“These young girls know how to make a coffee, better than any coffee shops around. They are all very friendly, and sweet. Something that I have found at every other coffee shop, is burnt coffee. Which is undrinkable, and a waiste of money when you get a coffee like that. At Cowboy Coffee these girls have obviously been taught the correct way to make coffee, they DO NOT burn there coffee. “We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Filberts Farmhouse, and it could not have been better! The service, the food and the atmosphere were all amazing. We tried the crostini & deviled eggs for appetizer, and they both were absolutely delicious. For dinner, I got the Draper Valley Chicken, and my fiancé got the Lamb Shank, we were so impressed with our dinner. The flavors were superb. For dessert- we asked our waitress to surprise us, and we got the Bread Pudding & The Benign. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back very soon. 5 stars!!”

We had couple special requests and were executed perfectly. Food was good, flavorful but not over powering. Fries were hot, good & alot. Over all a good burger joint. Food came in a brown sack. So no plastic. We visit again. Saw Hank even helping out in the kitchen, so I can see crew work good & willing to get the job done. Jose jamming out to music and singing. “If I could give Black Walnut 1000 stars, I would! The first word that comes to mind is WOW. Our stay at Black Walnut Vineyard was nothing short of amazing. The service is TOP NOTCH. Collin, especially, is the absolute best! He is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all things Willamette Valley. He provided recommendations to great wineries and restaurants. The entire staff is extremely friendly, and the word “no” is certainly not in their vocabulary. They even helped us package and ship our wine. And hats off to Chef Chase. His food is incredible! We could not wait to go to breakfast in the morning which was outstanding! The food is fresh and delicious. Even on our last day when Chef knew we wouldn’t be able to go to breakfast because we had to leave very early for the airport, he packed us up some of his amazing breakfast scones which we devoured at the airport! And if you have time to do dinner at Black Walnut, absolutely do it! We had the most spectacular meal with Chef Chase. The food was just the best. To top it all off, the grounds. Wow is Black Walnut a hidden gem. It is a Tuscan villa taken straight from Italy. The grounds are absolutely stunning. The views of the beautiful Dundee hills are spectacular. The property itself is great too. The main house is straight out of a Restoration Hardware catalog (literally). It’s beautifully decorated and there are plenty of things to do. You can lounge on one of the many patios, sit by the fire pits, play Corn Hole, or just simply open a bottle of wine and just sit to enjoy the view (with blankets provided if it’s chilly, of course). Our room was also so beautiful. We had a big comfortable bed and the room had all the amenities and more. Our favorite part of the room was the private patio with Adirondack chairs where we would sit and enjoy our wine each day. I cannot say enough good things about Black Walnut. They truly make you feel like family here. I always thought going to Oregon would be a one-time experience. However, after staying at Black Walnut, I am already wanting to plan to return and stay here because it was just that good.”
