“I had guitar lessons with Aaron for several years, and I highly recommend him as a teacher. He's incredibly knowledgeable and very encouraging; he motivates you to do your best and takes a more creative, interesting approach to teaching music (for example, I learned a lot about musical improvisation and composition, in addition to classical and Spanish guitar techniques). He is one of the best teachers I have ever had--if you take lessons with him and are reasonably motivated, he will absolutely help you succeed in your musical goals.”

“My kids have been coming to this school since August of last year. My daughter tends to be very timid and doesn't like being without me. Within a couple of days, she was happily running up to the door, excited to be dropped off. My kids are excited to go to school every day, and even ask to go on weekends when were at home. They tell me every night about what a fun day they had, about what craft they made or song they learned that day. They look especially forward to pajama party days, and were so surprised when Santa showed up to the Christmas party - they still perform the choreographed dance they learned to "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" even though we're in March now! Occasionally they'll teach me a new word they learned in Spanish. As a person who was formerly abused in a daycare setting as a child (to the point where my own mother quit her job to stay home with my brothers and I), I am very weary about leaving my children with anyone, ever. I have felt nothing but comfortable about leaving my kids at this daycare. The teachers are wonderful, caring, up beat and happy. My children run into their arms every day when I drop them off. Gellelyn is flexible, patient, open and honest - even when I text her all throughout the day to check in. I highly recommend this daycare and my kiddos will be coming here until they're in school.”

“The school Is located in a rather nice spot, right in between a neighborhood it has a covert feel to it. The playground got a downsize in awesomeness in 2004, from a nice big wooden jungle Jim to a small cheap plastic hut style play set, as the years pass, the school keeps taking fun things and unique structures out. In 2007 I beleive that's when they added the annoying bark dust everyone hates(used to be little pebals, not sand but still good enough). Other then that I love the school, it has 2 very big nice open fields great for soccor or football. The school is very calm and quiet, attracts the well bit reserved folk of its past youth and the younger gen who seek efficient chilling zones. Best and most optimal place to chill with other gangsters or thugs rats. I recommend it, -Surge S”

“This little preschool is such a treasure! Charisse is amazing with the kids. Most parents know that it's hard to be consistent and firm, yet also present and loving with kids, but Charisse is all of those things with them all the time. She doesn't let them get away with bad behavior, but she's always so gentle and calm, warm and loving. So the kids respect her a lot and also feel cared for. And this respectful, loving attitude of hers spills over into the school environment, so that the culture there is very caring and supportive. All the kids treat each other with that love and respect that Charisse is teaching them, so it's really like a little family. The activities they do at school are engaging and educational, and Charisse uses quality materials. I honestly don't know how she finds time to plan all these lessons and come up with so many awesome projects for the kids. She's magical! She even throws the kids super-sweet, personalized birthday parties on their birthdays. (Attached photo is of my daughter at hers.) I could really go on all day about how much I love Blossoming Minds and Ms. Charisse (and I do to my family and friends!), but that won't all fit here. Definitely five stars!”
