  RAW Training was my favorite gym to drop-in. The staff/coaches were extremely welcoming and hands-on while coaching. THE PEOPLE is what makes this gym so special (plus any piece of equipment you can imagine). I will definitely drop in again when I am home. Thank you, RAW! Legit.

  Love it here. The vibe is positive and uplifting, the instructors are fantastic and even though it’s a tough workout, I feel so much better afterwards. I’ve only started a few months ago and already got compliments from family and friends! I push myself harder than I normally would but without overdoing it. I highly recommend trying it out.

  RAW has everything I look for in a gym. They are fully equipped with all the toys a CrossFitter could dream up for a workout. The programming is well thought out and always fun. Everyone on the team is friendly, energetic, and ready to help out. I recently had shoulder surgery so need to scale a most of my workouts - the coaches are always patient and thoughtfully give me alternate movement options that allow me to get close to or the same stimulus as the prescribed WOD. I want to give a big shout out to Amy, Molly, Sean 1, Sean 2, Maria, and Scott for making RAW a home away from home.

  I have been to many gyms and workout regiments throughout my life. RAW Training has been one of the greatest blessings. The coaches are always eager to push me to my best self. It’s a great atmosphere to meet great friends with a common goal. Because of this place, I am in the best shape of my life and made some great friends along the way.

  RAW is awesome! The programming, coaching and attitude is exceptional! As a long time member I am always amazed by the variety of workouts. The staff are very knowledgeable, supportive and adaptive in helping you obtain your goals no matter your age or fitness level. Another great thing about RAW is that it is not just Crossfit. It also offers other classes that are just as fun and challenging so you can mix and match and do whatever class/training that is the best for you.
