“When I was leaving my company's building to head back to the airport, about three buildings down from Roppa, I had noticed that my rental car had a completely flat tire. Colleages of mine recommended to try Roppa for assistance as it was down the street and I didn't have time to wait for roadside service, etc. As soon as I pulled in Dana and Skylar were there to help me. They dropped what they were doing and diligently worked to help me. When I tried to pay them more than the total bill, which was very inexpensive by the way, Dana wouldn't accept it. They worked with me from the day of the accident until the day we received back the vehicle and all the moments in between. I was given the mechanics work cell number Just in case I have any problems down the road. Which I don't anticipate because they are good at what they do that is evident. Keith went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. I wanted to go above and beyond and write a good review so that everyone knows what good people they are and if you need help in a bad situation like this you can absolutely count on them. Aug 31 I want to update this I have had my car for over a month now and it couldn't be more perfect not a problem but that's not the reason for this update I lost a very expensive diamond earring before the accident. I was heart broken but I never told my husband it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have the heart I was cleaning out the back of my car and apparently someone from elite who cleaned my car after the accident found it and put it in the rear cup holder. I'm blown away. This is an expensive diamond. I'm so relieved. After 2020 has been such a horrible year now my faith in people has been restored by this small auto body shop. I'm just amazed someone there who never met me would have never been caught decided to be honest and leave me the earring to eventually find. Thank you. You made me cry in a good way.”
