No complaints here I figured I drop her 5 star for good business wish her well in the future with her business On another note some of bad reviews on here are coming from people with too high of expectations of used cars either that or people that don’t know much about cars at all… A car sold “as is”? it is what it is but they are willing to let you test drive any car on the lot before you buy it … expect to do maintenance work on a “used” car down the line it’s just how it is …”

“This is the closest PNC Bank Branch Office from my house. It's not a bad bank, however it's a small bank and they have a limit to how much cash you can take out at this bank. But otherwise, the teller and consultants at this branch are always nice. They have a parking lot in front, and two ATM machines outside.”

“We needed exterior trim to be added to various places around our house after getting our new roof. The tear-off crew for the roofers removed the old trim sloppily leaving uneven and damaged adjacent stucco and wooden boards. We were also on a tight timeline due to the need for gutters and other work around the house. Joe responded quickly, visited our house and talked thoroughly through what he planned to do to fix the problem and add new trim. After we received the quote, Joe was patient in explaining the proposed work and answering our questions. Joe and Israel came to our house sooner than expected and did more than we expected. They have a high attention to detail and the new trim looks great. It is actually an improvement over the previous trim. Israel also pointed out areas that could use caulking and Joe provided a fair price for this additional work. We are very happy with the finished product and glad we selected Vance Construction for this work. We will keep Joe and Israel in mind for any future work based on their timeliness, honesty, quality of work, reliability, and fair pricing.”

“Well, later they offered to install wiring free of labor charge. That's great on their part to understand and try to compensate for the issue. I came here for hitch wiring with a prior appointment. The technician didn't give an ETA and I just wanted for 3 hours for him to get to it. Then he came up and said he can't get to it because he can't finish his current job. I asked for a refund and headed out. Will make sure to never come back here.”
