(August 15, 2019, 9:27 pm)The shalter was nice and big provided room to lay out food, eat, socialize, dance, and just have a good time. A playground set is also available for kids enjoyment not to far away. The pool is also located within walking distance and only cost a dollar to get in. Overall a great place for family fun events.
(September 29, 2018, 7:49 pm)Beautiful pond and a playground for the kids, it would be 5 stars if we didn't run into a yellow jacket nest that attacked our group at the adjacent pond. I would recommend!
(May 13, 2018, 7:03 am)I like this shelter. Not marked by large signs on the road but it's the only shelter that looks like this in the park. You can see it from the road. Shelter is on the same road as the pond, pool and dog park... Just down the road a bit. Nice large shelter with small kitchenette area and island to lay out food. There's electricity and water. Has restrooms right in the shelter which will be unlocked when rented. Cooking grills and playground right nearby. You can have a nice event at this shelter. Lots of tables. Won't get wet if it rains. Ample parking close by and a place to unload food and stuff.
