We purchased our swivel upright Oreck 5 years ago. Honestly, we were tired of fighting vacuums and financed what we hoped was our last vacuum. Every tool needs serviced, we got lucky with this location, they have all the answers.

Took my 14 year old vacuum here for repair and cleaning and was so pleased with the service! It was returned to me quickly and they even cleaned the outside bag of the vacuum! It works, looks and even smells like new!!! Ashley was so great from phone call to drop off to pick up! I would highly recommend My Oreck Store for all of your vacuum repair and buying needs!!!!

What great service and clean environment. Ashley wad the beat, she was super efficient and could not have been any nicer. The store was clean and sanitary. I highly recommend them for sale and service. We’ve been coming here for years and always a great experience.

Great place, great staff,, very clean,, our son got us a vacuum at this location,, after several years of every day use the handle broke,, so I took it to them,, they fixed it on the spot,, wow that is great service,, gets better,, I pulled out my wallet to pay for the great service,, the manager said no cost,, wow ,, thumbs up,, it was not about the money,, it just made my day that they take good care of there customers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recommend this place to everyone.
