(July 13, 2020, 2:04 pm)My phone struggled to charge. It looked clean, but I tried cleaning my charging port with contact cleaner. It didn't help. I went to get the port replaced. UBreakIFix worker, Josh, said it was likely just dirty. He tested it and then used a couple tools to clean it. It worked fine. There was no charge for cleaning. I was happy to leave a tip and a good review.

(January 11, 2020, 9:17 am)The price differential between replacing my screen on my own and having uBreakiFix replace it was only $10, so their prices are reasonable. The staff I interacted with was very nice, and completed their work quickly. As an Android user, uBreakiFix has a partnership with Google so the parts are good quality, however there is some information sharing about work completed on your phone that you should be aware of.
