“Jeff and company did a transom rebuild on our boat. How good of a job did they do? Between my ~new (4yrs) Sunbrella cover, and the new transom job, my bilge pump never picked up ONE DROP OF WATER ALL SEASON. SITTING IN THE RIVER FULL TIME MAY-OCT. Thank you for putting some devotion into that job. I hope to get 10-20 more years out of that boat. We take it camping really far up the shallows. Its a great little adventure/fishing boat!!!”

“2022: Good customer service. Maintenance performed as I requested, and I appreciate the mechanic's video walk-through. 2021: My experience went as follows: I had a service appointment scheduled early in the morning for preventive maintenance. As I drove along Kramer Street approaching the dealership, I was greeted by a BMW service technician. He directed me where to park (to the main lot in the front). After I parked, I walked through the northernmost entrance (closest to Kramer and Broad St) because the main showroom doors were locked at that time, early in the morning. The staff was polite and held the door for me. I signed in and the employee offered me coffee. After they set up the paperwork and signed out a loaner car for me, they also answered additional technical questions I had about my car. The administrative staff wrote my questions on the service sheet for the technicians to answer. A few hours later, I received a follow-up telephone call to assist me with my further questions. I was pleased they followed-up by telephone to answer questions beyond the scheduled maintenance of my appointment. The questions were also answered in writing, typed-up on the service sheet/receipt. When I returned to pick up my car, I went to the parts counter to purchase some items specific to my car. Press the doorbell button to get the attention of the parts personnel because they are working behind the door. I had a good experience, so I plan to return for additional maintenance when due.”

Check out the inside of the barn, a dream barn with two lofts, wood working shop, awesome office, music studio, and garage workshop beneath! They also sell live edge slabs of wood, and could create a custom table for you. Oh, and if you like the barn as much as I do, you can get the plans and make one for yourself! He can also help you create your own custom barn, or even your dream home!”

“I would like to update my review (12/2021). After ordering a few more times recently, they've been amazing. And EXTREMELY fast. Wow! Keep it up guys! I would not order delivery from this location for 2 reasons: -Our driver was smoking cigarettes in his car and our entire bag of food smelt like cigarettes. -Our food did not have the add-ons requested in our order. The receipt was correct, but the food was not. Maybe, going in to order your food will help eliminate these issues, but I would refrain from delivery.”
