The bank's branch manager contacted me today to clarify an issue I had with the bank. I cannot say how much I appreciated her responsiveness, concern and professionalism. Citizens may be smaller in size than some larger competitors, but it has proven to me that it places a singular focus on its customers, even ones with small accounts like me. That is something rare these days but not, thankfully, at Citizens. This bank values the individual customer!”

I Would Have Stayed With Key Bank in Light Of My Bad Experiences At The Pleasant Hills Branch, But This Location Was Simply Not As Easy To Get To As The Pleasant Hills Branch. “This gym is great. Can't say enough good about it. All the coaches are great, knowledgeable, and helpful. The other members are much the same. The workouts are effective, challenging, and usually pretty fun. They're revamping the workouts presently as well, and they promise to be even better. Looking forward to that. Been going here on and off for about 2 years and finally got a full subscription this past summer, and it's been well-worth the cost. Edit/update: it's been about half a year since I got a full membership, normally going 4 times a week. This programming is BRUTAL but I'm probably in better shape now than when I was in the military. I'm stronger, more mobile, feel better, and look better. The flexible class times are really clutch and there aren't enough good things to say about the coaches. Everyone is helpful and encouraging while still having distinct coaching methods. Love this place.”
