“Their process for purchasing a new construction is good but there's room for improvement. Once your contract is signed, requesting changes cost $500 for each request but there's little chance it will be considered. I think that charge is only to discourage you from requesting a change. You're only option is to cancel the contract before you pay your 2nd $4000. I think it would be prudent for them to offer a little more cooperation. These really aren't custom homes since you're limited to only certain options. They have great options but simple things like wanting to purchase your own kitchen sink isn't allowed.”

I have been here two years, and my maintenance requests are always completed on time. Management listens to my concerns. The complex is friendly and (mostly) quiet. “This is the second apartment I’ve lived at and I really enjoy it here. It is in such a convenient location, the price is great for what you get and I love the view of the river from my patio. There have been a few minor issues here and there as the building is older but management is always very quick to respond to each and every issue. They take nice care of the landscaping- it’s just very clear that they care and want to make this a great place to live. I’d highly recommend to others and I just renewed my lease for another year.”

“I had such a great experience selling my house with Compass. Renata and Helena and the whole team were great! Very professional, experienced and helpful throughout the whole process. I had inherited my father’s home after he passed, which was quite traumatizing and they were nothing but kind, empathetic and so encouraging. I loved working with a team of strong women, that was a huge reason I went with them and it was a great decision. I was also going to be out of the country when they would be preparing and selling the house and that was no problem for them as well. They worked around my schedule, always made time for me, and were very easy to get in contact with.
