“I highly recommend this place as far as honesty and customer service goes. This is going to sound like an odd review but I was unable to get a car through Beaver Valley (due to no fault of theirs, it was my own issue) but they still helped guide me in the right direction and I was able to get into another car (with a BHPH lot) for now until I can get my credit a little higher. I was assisted by Jason and he was really patient, understanding and kind. Even though he knew he was not going to be making a sale he still took the time to explain my other options!”

“Amazing and beyond helpful! My son traveled to the area for an athletic event and realized he forgot his contacts at home. After calling a few other businesses in the area I spoke with Kiersten at Optometric Care. She quickly checked inventory, assured me she can provide my son with contacts for his prescription and took the extra time to make sure we knew how to find the office. When my son arrived, the staff had him put in the contacts to ensure a good fit and made sure he had what he needed for the weekend all with a smile. Kiersten and the Optometic Care staff quickly remedied a horrible situation and my son is off to his event able to compete. THANK YOU AGAIN!”

“A fun place to shop, you never know what you are going to find, but the deals are fantastic! I have their loyalty card, which I would definitely recommend, and there are coupons that come out throughout the years where you get a great discount off of your entire purchase. They have a little bit of everything. This is THE place to get the best price on area rugs, books, and household textiles especially. The only trade off is that you have to be a little bit flexible. I am totally willing to be flexible for an awesome giant area rug that is a fraction of the price of everywhere else but super quality!”

“Tried FHS for first time and I'm in love!! So many good things. Feeding staff, food was excellent! Try the Jamaican jerk turkey. They support local firefighters. They have all sorts of cool firefighter stuff to look at and even touch. You can buy pickles buckets for only $3. The proceeds support your local fire dept. Win-win. They have great reward program. “I will only ever visit this store in the future for anything involved with my phone. The manager, Antoine helped my dad and I with a pretty complex and time consuming issue. We needed to upgrade our phones, neither of us know anything about technology, and I have like 10,000 pictures and videos (seriously). There were other people coming into the store while he was helping us and he kept his composure the entire time, even when my dad asked the same question repeatedly while he had his hands more than full lol. I’m used to these places wheeling and dealing and having some sort of agenda any time they “help” me and have multiple times caught the salesperson trying to get one over on me. I usually leave there with no knowledge of my new phone, paying twice as much for it and frustrated to no end. Not only did Antoine remain patient through this probably six hour ordeal, he answered every question and even found us a really great deal without our bill going up at all. 2 brand new phones and tablets for the same price? Heck yes! Antoine was great and I will recommend this store to anyone.”
