“The used truck I was interested in was detailed and waiting near the front of the dealership when I arrived. In addition, the Jeep I drove to the dealership (not for trade-in) started making a noise on the way there and they assessed it at no charge while I was at the dealership. The sales person, Andrew, was ready to meet me and was very professional and informative. He seemed honest and open, sharing the Carfax, details on repairs that had been completed at the dealership, and even mentioning that the vehicle had to be jumped after sitting for about a week. He was willing to work with me, at least to some degree, on price or changes (new batteries or block heater, repairing ding) that would otherwise require additional investments on my part. Frustratingly, when he “took it to his manager” there was little to no flexibility. Rather than negotiate in any meaningful way on the vehicle, the manager tried to sell me another vehicle that he thought “would be better for me”. I found this frustrating and off-putting. Though I had driven over an hour to get there, I went home without a truck. I later negotiated an acceptable deal over the phone with the original sales person on the used vehicle that I was originally interested in buying. That same salesman delivered the truck to a dealership near my home and was gracious and helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied and love the truck.”

“Get my oil changed here regularly, never more than a 2 hour job. They will offer additional services like wipers and air filter, but unlike other places like NTB tire, they WILL NOT do it unless they have to. I even asked them to put new wipers on the last time I went, but they didn't because mine were sufficient. Wipers are way cheaper than pep boys or AutoZone. Michelin wipers at Walmart are ~$6 but at AutoZone they were $20+.”
