They come out right away when necessary such as for the furnace and the new water heater. When you make an appointment with them they come when they say they will. The parts are on the truck.
The people are professional, and they wear decent work uniforms, which makes a good impression, especially if you don't know the person. As opposed to a guy who works for himself and takes his profession as just a way to earn enough to get to the next vacation. I hired one of those.
Finally, they don't try to scare you into more work that you don't need. I appreciate that.
They charge more than The Guy Who Can Do The Same Thing For Less On The Side, but the work is done right and it's guaranteed. Plus, you know where to reach The Plumbing Works.
(October 17, 2018, 7:01 am)I took a chance and veered away from my usual plumber to fix or replace a toilet in my half bath. First, Ryan and his assistant came in my home and donned protective wear over their shoes! My fiance loved that. The estimate was speedy. They were knowledgeable and courteous. The price was better than I expected. I had no hesitation in hiring Ryan and his assistant. After making a call to the supplier, they returned and installed my new toilet, I love it! I will call The Plumbing Works for all future needs. VERY PLEASED!
(October 10, 2018, 11:27 am)This is my third old home renovation, and I've rarely run into contractors as wonderful as the people at The Plumbing Works. After getting quite a number of bids, I can tell you their prices are very reasonable.
And I don't always buy on price - personality counts, too, and Tom, Ryan and their apprentices were wonderful. And Andrea kept me informed as to appointment and arrival times.
I had plumbing repairs, fixture replacements and furnace cleaning and repair. All were done efficiently and the craftsmen couldn't have been nicer. They answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) completely and considerately. They covered their shoes when inside my house. And they cleaned up after themselves. It was as pleasant an experience as these kind of repairs can be. I'm grateful to have found this company!
