“I’d gotten my car towed due to unpaid parking tickets and expired inspection stickers and when I called the customer service was phenomenal! The woman who helped me on the phone and in office was truly a pleasure to speak to and deal with, and this is despite my financial troubles. She was patient and very easygoing which was a surprise because my typical experience in places like these are always short, unsweetened and overall negative. I can’t say enough how comfortable the atmosphere was. I live about 10 miles from Perkasie but I’d take the drive for repairs anytime!
