“Brian with S&B is absolutely wonderful! We hired them to fix a botched job another contractor started to finish my basement. Brian demoed out all of the old contractors work and refinished the entire basement, along with adding an electric fireplace and full bathroom. He did an incredible job and was extremely affordable. After he was finished the basement we had him remodel our kitchen. It was a big job that required moving the gas lines, tearing down a wall and closing up a window, adding electrical. He came to our home to give us an estimate, and he did not overstay his welcome and Not pushy! He was very informed on all (3) major window brands (Anderson, Pella & Marvin). He doesn't represent one brand - he will figure the best brand & pricing for your home and situation. We ended up going with Pella casement windows, and are very happy. Wayne got us an estimate quickly and asked us specific questions, so we were sure to get what we wanted. His pricing was reasonable. He was quick to respond on email to any questions we had, and he stuck to his install date. His crew showed up on time, and were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We had no concerns about letting them in our home when we weren't there. We have 5 more windows to do in our home, and we will definitely have Wayne install them.
