“I have gone here twice and had good experiences both times. Once for a sinus infection, and just recently for bad poison ivy. I may have lucked out with not having to wait long either time, and I got appropriate treatment both times. This is a retail health clinic with NPs, not an Urgent Care, Surgery Center or fully staffed doctors office. You may have to wait, but that's to be expected. I've had appointments at Jefferson in CC and been stuck there 3 hours behond my appt time. For the person who came here to get their stitches removed, I don't think a retail health clinic is the place for that imho. I only have a $10 coapy at CVS versus $30 at a doc or Urgent Care, so I will continue to go here for minor things.”
