“Actually, the bigger state stores have a very nice selection of wines and spirits. The ones I frequent have redone the shopping space with hardwood shelves, nice decorations, giving the look of expensive liquor stores in other states. I have the occasion to buy liquor in NJ. While Jersey is a bit less expensive (I don't drink much beer so this might not apply) the state store prices are fair and i don't feel it's worth the trip to buy elsewhere.”
