“To whoever gave this Church a two star rating cause it was your “polling place,” I will pray for you. After moving back to bucks county after 14 years of military service, my family tried 6 different churches—looking for an all welcoming, non-judgemental, contemporary service. We wanted an engaging sermon, with non-traditional hymns (something that has made the super conservative Acts churches so popular), with a strong female role model for my children. Anchor was the answer to our prayers. Pastor Leah is funny, relatable and can communicate biblical messages in an understandable manner. The congregation is very warm and welcoming and even without summer Sunday school my 2 and 5 year-old ask to go to church where they are welcomed to participate in the final song by going on stage with instruments. I hope this congregation grows so we can incorporate more youth group activities for my 14 year old, but even she enjoys the worship every Sunday. This seems like a grass roots, genuine, place to worship and we are blessed to have been led here!”
