“My grandparents attended services here for many years, and when they passed, we held their memorial services here. Although I'm not a member, just walking in, the sense of community they have created is quite evident & really inspiring. It really felt like all are welcome here, a truly Christian idea. The folks that helped with each memorial service were incredibly kind and supportive from beginning to end. It's in a beautiful area, and on beautiful grounds. Lots of history there. Although I am not a member, not even Christian, I can say this is a very special, unique place with a lovely community behind it, and will be forever grateful for the kindness shown to our family during our most painful losses.”

“Very nice, modern and thoughtfully designed church that is almost literally in the middle of nowhere. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is how you get there. It is hard to do without getting off the paved road. Some roads are so narrow it is necessary to pull over and stop to let oncoming vehicles pass. Fortunately, traffic has been light the two times we've visited. I would not recommend visiting after dark or in bad weather.”

“My husband and two daughters have been members of St Thomas for roughly 12 years and each year keeps getting better and better! I remember one of our only hesitations in joining this church many many years ago was that there weren’t many kids. We wanted our kids to grow up in a church with other kids. Sunday Schools, Youth Groups, kid focused events. Im so glad we saw things more clearly and understood that sometimes we have to go first. Our church family now includes SO many kids! It makes my heart happy to see what St Thomas and Father Jay Slocum do to pour into these kids so they feel Jesus’s love. From Sunday School, to Children's Chapel during the Sermon, to Youth Meet ups and special events, to conversations centered around what each kid needs as they grow up. If you’re searching for a place to call a second family and home, know there’s a local place right in Gibsonia. We like to say we accept people just as they are, warts and all. was extra special this morning with all the kids serving and a puppet appearance for the beginning of the sermon. I don’t talk about our church enough. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly come just as you are, look here. You won't be sorry you did!”
