My previous tenants left it in an uninhabitable condition, before going out to clean the property, decided to called Expel Exterminating to do a general pest inspection of the house. I'm thankful they were the first ones in there. Just from all the photos they sent made my wife and I sick to our stomachs. In my 15 years at this address they are the ONLY ones who have been able to control the carpenter bees and stink bugs. For what they charge, it's well worth the money.
