Their customer service is excellent, their technicians are polite, courteous and good at their jobs, they are honest and never up-sell and they arrive on-time and ready to work. They ask me if I have any issues that need to be addressed and they take care of them. I have them come 4 times per year and take care of the inside and outside of my house. In my 15 years at this address they are the ONLY ones who have been able to control the carpenter bees and stink bugs. For what they charge, it's well worth the money. “The parking lot is VERY TINY if you want a good parking spot near the door. There's more parking but one has to drive down an incline and then walk up. The ventilation is improved from their last location but still not good for people with sensitivities. The stylist did a GREAT job on mom. That's why I rated it 4 stars.”
