We were so impressed with how organized they were. We received daily updates, and were kept informed regarding timing and plan every step of the way. “I have used SWAT for a number of years now and I have nothing bad to say at all. Their customer service is excellent, their technicians are polite, courteous and good at their jobs, they are honest and never up-sell and they arrive on-time and ready to work. They ask me if I have any issues that need to be addressed and they take care of them. I have them come 4 times per year and take care of the inside and outside of my house. In my 15 years at this address they are the ONLY ones who have been able to control the carpenter bees and stink bugs. For what they charge, it's well worth the money.
