“I had a great experience with service king after receiving two estimates that told me my car wasn’t worth fixing. The staff at this location was helpful and accommodating. After finding a door from a junkyard myself for a great deal and traveling an hour and a half to pick it up, I was worried that its automatic windows and locks wouldn’t work with my manual ones. I desperately called service king and they initially told me it probably wouldn’t work. However, Lehia went the extra mile and called Toyota to find out for sure, called me back, and guaranteed me that it would work! In the end, my 2005 corolla is beautifully fixed for a fraction of what other collision shops estimated. I was thrilled to pick up my car a week after dropping it off, to find it meticulously cleaned and looking almost brand new. THANK YOU service king!!! “We were looking for a specific model and trim that was hard to find (Elantra GT Sport 6MT). Jessica Dean was helpful at sourcing and notified us of their inventory prior to visiting the dealer per my request. Once confirmed, she scheduled us for an appointment and introduced us to our sales rep upon arrival. Our sales rep Lou was down to earth guy and great to deal with, he gave us a good tour of the car, a long test drive for both my wife and I and overall made things easy. Both Lou and Vince honored the advertised incentives and although we had our own private financing, we were still treated like a valued customer. Rob from financing was also able to meet our budget for an extended warranty (from an already excellent one!). The only negative is they don't accept a credit card down payment over 2k without getting charged extra fee's. Our plan was to put 5k down on a single card (take advantage of reward points) but had to use a debit for the balance. Had I known this would be an issue, we would of just brought cash to make things easier. Other than that, AMAZING experience, Colonial has a large inventory and their staff are some of the best in the industry. PS. We went out of our way to shop here, over 2 hours away in New Jersey! Although out of the way, will definitely consider them again in the future again.”

“My wife's car needed a simple oil change, and I'm not a big fan of calling around to different shops for pricing but Midas posts their pricing for many services right on their website. Anytime I can set up appointments through a web portal, I do. The Midas web portal was super easy to use, had an appointment scheduled in no time. This store called me right away to confirm the appointment, they were very courteous and helpful in the phone. I'm extremely happy with their service.”
