“This restaurant and bar sits about 50 ft back off the road and looks like a plain white building but I found it to be a very pleasant place to sit and have lunch. Bartenders and the owner have been very friendly and accommodating. The food, so far, has been great and the portions are large. The owner told me, "I never want anyone to leave hungry." I think it's definitely worth going back.”

“I went here on a Thursday before the holiday. It was pretty empty when I first walked in , but it soon filled with people. The staff was very diligent and answered my questions with a friendly smile. The food arrived fast and was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. The only reason why I am giving it a 4 and not a 5 star is because the sushi I ordered were so big that I had to bite it in half and that made it a little messy. But they were worth the struggle.”

“Enjoyed soup of the day (ham and peas) with toasted cheese and sauerkraut sandwich for quick lunch. The food and service was good. The small formal lounge area is functional with tables fairly close to another. The adjacent bar room has a rustic ambiance. The only negative is the low ceiling in both areas which creates unpleasant noise levels, especially in the bar.”
