“Green Construction Company exceeded all of our expectations. Keith Green took the time to really listen to what we wanted in a first floor master bedroom addition. We discussed our budget with him and he created a bedroom suite that we love and stayed within our budget. He kept us in the loop of the building schedule and kept very close to our timelines. We were building during 2021 and while some supplies were delayed, his crew kept working on other areas so that there was constant progress. Keith was on-site almost every day and was responsive to any questions we had. We are using Keith Green Construction on another project in the next few months”

Super friendly staff, usually everything I need, and tons of great BBQ supplies and sauce and rub. Another big asset is the bins of hardware that you just don't get at the big box stores. need a weird screw? ace has it. need a stainless steel screw? ace. and you can buy 1 or a whole box. keep being awesome.”

“Optimal is an amazing place to get a massage. They have many different therapists so finding someone that is a perfect for your needs is easy. The facility is clean and quiet and the office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. You can easily manage all of your appointments through the MINDBODY app. Keith Edwards has been my therapist for years and he has been instrumental in helping me heal from and preventing recurrence of overuse injuries from running. His therapeutic massage will always be a key part of my race training plans. Today my therapist was Mary Catherine Donnelly. She sat with me to learn what I needed in the massage and made sure she knew the music, temperature of the table and pressure that I liked. It was a lovely 2 hour massage and I highly recommend both Keith and Mary Catherine.”

He showed a natural talent for drawing, and painting on canvas, which he had previous experience. “I am a huge fan of this trail (and so is my dog). I like to bring all sorts of people here because of the diverse difficulty options; there's a path for everyone! Trails are well blazed for the most part. The only difficulty (which might actually be a good thing as it prevents overcrowding) is that parking is extremely limited, and SUVs with bike racks make it even more difficult to squeeze into a spot. Because of this I tend not to come out on sunny, summer, weekend days.”
