“Best fitness center in the area!! Been a part of this facility since 2006 when it was then known as Rascals. About 2020, Jim, the current owner brought out Rascals and renamed the gym 1440 (the number of minutes in a day) and transformed it into the best fitness center in the area. The facility is spacious and clean. There's ample equipment--weights, cardio, all-purpose rooms--all logically placed and spaced. The staff is out of sight, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The 24/7 access means the fitness center is available when you want it, no rushing to get your workout in. If you tried the rest, give 1440 a try, it's the best!”
