Jackie Tate responded very quickly and through some trial and error we decided her equipment was not suitable for this type of engraving. The serial plates I provided had a special coating on them which would prevent the results I was looking for. While we went through a cancer scare I found the staff - from the volunteers to the admissions staff all the way up to the doctors - to be excellent. They were patient and compassionate and great at their jobs. The parking was easy, facilities were nice and level of care was great. But the what truly impressed me was while I sat waiting for my family's procedure to finish, I did not see a single patient wait for more than 10 minutes until they were called back. The admissions person even checked on me to make sure they hadn't missed anyone. That sort of care is just outstanding in our world of 3 hour hospital waits.”
