As an instructor at this amazing studio, you may think I’m biased, but I can assure you that I am not. I have taught in a few different locations and I have to be honest in saying, Mrida Seva Yoga is my favorite location to teach at. The sense of community that comes with this studio is something wonderful. The students are gracious, kind and receptive. The space is beautiful and welcoming. The store includes all of your yoga needs. The owner has been a mentor and a sort of mother to me. There are so many classes to try and I strongly urge you to stop by! Mara, myself, and the rest of the amazing teaching staff will welcome you hOMe with open arms!

I come here for a variety of classes from restorative yoga to Buti yoga.
Every class is taught by loving instructors who take the time to know each student. They help each individual to reach their goals not only in yogic poses, but in their life journeys.
The studio is warm and inviting, and the music is always carefully chosen to help support the goal of the class.
I travel almost an hour each way just to be blessed by Mara and her teachings. Each time, the experience exceeds my expectations, and I am sure that I leave as a better person.
Mrida Seva is a place of peace, love, and absolute beauty. It is a treasure of this area.
I have nothing but good things to say about this studio. I live about 50 minutes away, but coming to the studio has been worth it every time. The set up inside is beautiful and the owner is absolutely amazing! I love the variety of classes available and only wish I had time to come to more of them!
This studio is a bit out of the way for me, but when I made the trip and I got to try it, I wasn't disappointed. It was friendly, inviting, relaxing, and the owner is a sweetheart. I made a purchase in the shop and even stayed for the crystal bowl sound healing afterwards. That was amazing! I wish this studio was closer so I could go more often. But I'll be back when the travel bug bites again.
This yoga studio is one of the warmest and most inviting studios I have ever been to. I’ve practiced at many studios, and as a yoga instructor myself, this is one that I always come back to. There’s a class for everybody, and every body no matter your skill level. Mrida Seva Yoga really makes you feel like you’re a member of the community even if you’ve never stepped foot on a yoga mat. Wonderful studio for beginners to advanced, children to prenatal, young to young at heart, and everyone in between. You’ll be so happy going to Mrida Seva Yoga ❤️
