Every class is taught by loving instructors who take the time to know each student. They help each individual to reach their goals not only in yogic poses, but in their life journeys. The studio is warm and inviting, and the music is always carefully chosen to help support the goal of the class. I travel almost an hour each way just to be blessed by Mara and her teachings.
