(November 9, 2018, 8:22 am)I went to get a new window shade. The clerk was great. Shade was correct when I placed it at my window. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't so hard to find a helpful clerk.

(October 15, 2018, 4:59 pm)I'm a frequent shopper in this particular store. I find the Customer Service to be excellent. Helpful, friendly and willing to solve issues if one arises. It's a smaller size store, and there is certainly a wider assortment online. But I like to look at things in person and be able to ask questions.
This store has improved a lot in the past year or two.

It gets that fourth star for being better than Home Depot.
Because they have the same corporate product model, they both lack simple things like hammer handles. Break your hammer's handle? Need a new handle? Not here, bubba. They want you to buy a whole new hammer.
Stupid and wasteful.
But, better than Home Depot.
