“Shopped last night and left with a lot of bags....this morning I realized I left a bag "behind." Was going to write it off and then decided to call Customer Service to inquire about what they do with the left behind purchases (mine were frozen food products.) The customer service person I spoke with at 11:00 a.m. was very courteous and helpful....even though I can't find my receipt (still looking) she said not to worry, recorded what I left behind and then told me just to stop by customer service and let them know my missing items were written in the book and that I could pick them up. She did suggest that making it a habit of checking purchases against the receipt when I unpacked them at home was a good idea. Thank you Giant for great customer service!”

The one manager yelled at my daughter for sitting on the counter ( I didn't see the sign). “My car battery died while I was at work and I couldn't get it to jump start. I went to AutoZone in Brookhaven to buy a new battery. I had no idea how to take out the old one and install the new one and my car was still parked where I work half a mile away. They were so kind. One of the associates came with me and replaced my battery for me and it was only 17° outside!!! He went above and beyond helping me. I will always go to that AutoZone now, and you should too!!! They were all about customer service!!!”
