“Bought a brand new 2022 ford edge at garnet ford recently traded in a 2010 ford edge the guys at garnet were so easy to deal with. Vincent gori our sales guy was so professional gave us the test drive first then ran all the numbers with lease and finance side by side all before he ran my gf credit. We opt to buy on a 6 year loan Vince stayed a hour past close to finish the deal I'll never goto another ford dealer again. “I can't state enough how much of a MUST VISIT this place is. The seating, both inside and out, is cute, and the staff is friendly, happy, and talkative. The options for both the drinks and food are perfect and they make what they make exceptionally well. I had a delicious turkey sandwich on a house-made bagel (which rivals some of the best I've eaten) and their cookie monster brownie was out of this world. Had a wonderful sticker exchange with the owner and knew when we left that this won't be the last time I visit when I find myself down here. Thank you all so much!”

Eventually got fed up with their pretentious ridiculous policies. Manager and employees are totally incompetent and on a few occasions the drive thru cashiers giving me incorrect amount of change so they can pocket tips for themselves. Have had the miserable girls at the counter talk back to me multiple times. Do your self a favor and avoid Beyond Hello and give Zen Leaf a visit. Zen Leaf is top tier for sure.”

“8/29 UPDATE: updated to 5/5 Stars... Tim (Service Manager) and Brandon (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to address the issue initially mentioned. Initial message was never relayed. They offered a pretty big discount on my most recent service to compensate for the previous mistake, and stood by their word when it came time to check out. They even offered me a loaner car to use for free while my car had major work done (We had a trip planned and only have one vehicle). Highly recommend this dealership because of their professionalism & genuine concern for the customer. Tim & Brandon are fantastic and I've been going to them for years! 8/22: Garnet Volkswagen has had most of my business in the past, but they scratched up the paint on my custom wheels and never called me back to discuss. Not sure if the message was ever relayed to the Service Manager. I will continue going to Garnet VW because they have made things right in the past, but this is unacceptable. I will be calling again to discuss & see how this can get worked out. I offered to send photos, but no response or call back. Please reach out to resolve this.”

“I engaged the Pro Smart Home team to install Ethernet cabling for my new security camera system. Doug responded quickly to my outreach, the installation was scheduled for the following week, and the installation team arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early). We had a comprehensive walk-through of the project before getting underway, and a few hours later a professional installation was complete. I was impressed also by the fact that the lead installer Alias insisted on walking me through the finished installation to be sure I was satisfied (which I was), and while we were doing this his team mate was finishing the cleanup. Overall extremely pleased, great value for the cost, and I will certainly use the Pro Smart Home team again.”

To explain myself further, I was in need of an outdoor security camera installation and was referred to T Squared Electric by a neighbor. I contacted Troy who was able to come out that SAME day to provide me with a FREE estimation/quote on how much it would cost to do the work needed. Troy got back to me that SAME evening with the estimate and "contract" to be signed if I decided to choose to have him complete the work.
