“I own an HVAC Plumbing & Mechanical business in Richmond, VA and contacted numerous suppliers of used forklifts to find what I needed. Lornell's had a fair deal for a Toyota model with a 60 day parts and labor warranty. He shipped promptly, but the forklift arrived without the instrument panel working. I made note of it with the delivery driver who confirmed it was working on his departure. I asked him to make note of it with Lornell's which he did. After reading all the reviews here, I was concerned about my purchase. Within a week, however, Lornell's had paid to send a local Richmond repar mechanic over to diagnose the problem. The mechanic returned with a new circuit board fix within 48 hours. All was covered under the 60 day warranty. I will do business again with this company. ”
