“I took my car to Abra after it was struck by a deer. Fantastic service, with daily updates by text message and a rental car waiting for me. Dom, the manager, even replaced my car's battery, which had died while it was in the shop, went with me to Pep Boys to install new wiper blades, and even paid for them (and installed them) when my debit card didn't work. I've never experienced such personable, caring service. I would recommend Abra in a heartbeat.”

“I second the comment that Dave is a superb mechanic. He's also super honest. I have an aging SUV. I've had the clutch, radiator, and plugs replaced here (and yearly inspection). I called multiple shops in the area for clutch quotes; most places were way over the quote I got here. They were also upfront about recommending certain things and giving me tiers of options. It's really hard to find an honest shop. I keep returning because these guys are honest and they do good work. I just had another issue where my oil pressure light was going on at idle. The gauge would completely drop. They looked at it today and tracked it down to a kinked tube (probably from the kid at the quick lube spot a few weeks ago). They fixed that and charged me a bit for labor. Doesn't get better than that. Could have led me down the path of replacing the sensor or toward replacing the oil pump ($$$). The gas here might not be cheap, but the shop is awesome. I just moved West a bit from Glen Mills, but I'll keep bringing my car here.”

“Tom and the guys over there are awesome! I received a letter for a free oil change in the mail. I was due for inspection as well. I didn't have my registration updated when I got there and Tom sat on the computer and helped me fill it out! He kept me informed and was prompt with service. After the inspection I noticed a weird smell and my exhaust sounded funny. Tom told me to bring it back right away and he fixed the issue right away no charge. I highly recommend! Great thorough prompt service!”
