“in 2005 we rehabbed a duplex in Media and bought four of the Regency fans from Gary. We sold the house in 2017 with those fans still in it and working perfectly We are not air conditioning people and so the fans got heavy use. they remained balanced and quiet and used very little energy and were all that Gary represented them to be. We just bought a home in Lancaster PA and I am traveling back to see Gary to buy 5 more of them. As an energy auditor I have seen lots of home depot and Lowes junk in peoples home that was not reliable, were hard to keep balanced, did not last, and which used too much energy. “I had ordered two salads...very fresh and plentiful..in addition, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff and owner are always very friendly. As a matter of fact, I left my cell phone there by accident, and they managed to find my daughter's number to let her know that they had my phone at their store; they were relentless in finding a way to reach me. It alleviated a lot of my backtracking my steps in locating it. I really appreciated their efforts. “I love this Deli and have a deep fondness for this Cheesesteak. The place was big, clean and had everything including beer. The meat was chopped and very good but it was a thicker slice. It took a little getting use to. Plenty of extras (mushrooms, fried onions, LT) and I could tell everything was fresh and quality. $8.73 for the CS, you know I loved that!! I was full and didn't feel like paying $3.50 for the dirt pudding even though it looked awesome. I would have liked a thinner cut of meat and more of it”
