“Dr. Hannum has been an excellent doctor for both my father and I for years now. He is very attentive and professional. I would give 5 stars, but the only issue is one of the staffers who works for him. I am presuming an older black woman in order to narrow down whom that may be. I recently tried to set up an appointment after about 3 years. She answered the phone RUDELY, and just stated that she does not have a chart on me....even though I've been Dr. Hannum's patient for over 5 years since at his old location. She did not offer any remedy at all, like appointing me to someone else who could set me up with an appointment l, give a thorough explanation, or even adjust her terrible attitude. Makes me not want to come back to his office but I will not let such an ignorant woman deter me from doing something so basic. Please reconsider her as a person whom has contact with your patients. We are just trying to do the bare minimum and this is not the 1st time I've heard of her rudeness from another one of his patients.”

Eventually got fed up with their pretentious ridiculous policies. Manager and employees are totally incompetent and on a few occasions the drive thru cashiers giving me incorrect amount of change so they can pocket tips for themselves. Have had the miserable girls at the counter talk back to me multiple times. Do your self a favor and avoid Beyond Hello and give Zen Leaf a visit. Zen Leaf is top tier for sure.”

“The Mansion at Rosemont is an excellent choice for anyone considering a continuing care community. Our family has had almost 5 years of experience at the Mansion with both Independent Living as well as Personal Care. The facility is beautiful and the staff is dedicated and compassionate. They consider each resident as a family member. There are plenty of activities that really encourage all residents to participate in the community. The food is healthy and delicious. The Mansion also did a tremendous job keeping their residents safe during the pandemic, maintaining a very low infection rate. It was the best choice for us and it is highly recommended.”

Diagnosed my skin rash immediately where others, including other dermatologists, did not. If you want the best skin care possible from a top physician, this is your doctor. Only con: The secret is out on how awesome is Dr. Riggs. Tough to get an appointment. Plan on that taking a long time... in some cases several weeks. Still worth the wait. And then some! “I’ve been going here for acupuncture on and off for years!!! Dr. Shuwei Wang is such a pleasure to work with and she truly cares about each of her patients. I get the acupuncture for my lower back pain s/p multiple car accidents. I recently started coming again for weekly sessions and you can truly tell the difference. Her environment is clean, quiet, & calming. I go to the Folsom office, the parking is tricky but there’s always a spot to park. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone seeking relief via acupuncture!! Oh there’s also a massage area here if you need it afterwards or on a random day.”
